How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated according to the total weight of your order and the destination. You can consult the price table in the general conditions.
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Delivery times are listed according to destination.
How can I check the status of my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to check the status on the carrier's website.
What happens if my shipment is held up by customs?
International shipments may be held up by customs. In this case, you will be contacted by the carrier to pay any additional outstanding duty so that your shipment can be delivered as soon as possible.
Can orders be collected from or returned to the physical shop?
Yes, orders can be collected and returned free of charge at the UB Shop at Gran Via de les Corts Catalanes, 585, Barcelona. You will need to contact us in advance at email@example.com to confirm the date or period for collecting/returning your order.
Can I change the delivery address once I have placed an order?
You can change the delivery address provided that your order has not been dispatched. You should send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org indicating your name, order number and the new delivery address.
What happens if I am not at home when my order is delivered?
If you are not at home the carrier will make a second delivery attempt. If the order cannot be delivered, it will be returned to the University of Barcelona and we will reimburse purchase, minus shipping costs.
One of the items I ordered is out of stock. Do I have to request a refund?
You will be notified by email if one of the items in your order is out of stock. Only those items that have been sent will be invoiced and the amount corresponding to any item that has not been sent will be refunded via the payment method used to place the order.
Can I return items?
Returns are accepted up to 14 days from delivery. The terms and procedure are explained in the general conditions.
Can I exchange items for another size?
You can exchange t-shirts or sweatshirts for another size up to 30 days from receipt of your order, provided that it is the same model. You should sent an e-mail to email@example.com attaching your purchase receipt and indicating which item you want to change and the new size desired. For more information, consult the general conditions.
How can I obtain my University of Barcelona discount?
If you are a UB student or staff member you are entitled to a 10% on all merchandise. Get your discount code by logging on to the website of the UB advantages programme.
Where do I enter my discount code?
Once you have clicked on the purchase button and are on the page where you enter your delivery details, you will find the "discount code" field on the right-hand side of the screen.
What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay securely by credit card. We accept Mastercard, Visa and AMEX.
Your credit card information and details are 256-bit encrypted. Thanks to this high level of security, transactions made via our online shop are safe and secure.
What if I need an invoice?
Once you have placed your order, you will receive email confirmation with your purchase receipt. This receipt is not valid as an invoice. To request an invoice you should send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number within five working days of placing the order.
